The FACT24 ENS+ and CIM App can be obtained free of charge via the Google Play Store and Apple Store:

On request, the mobile app can also be provided as APK for distribution via MDM. Please reach out to your designated account manager who will guide you through the process and provide further details. 

Switching between FACT24 ENS+ and CIM

Users with CIM permissions can switch between ENS and CIM views within the app, just like in the portal.

This switch is only visible for users (not persons) who have CIM access. Without permission, only the ENS+ interface is shown.
