Improvements for all FACT24 Editions: (available from 01.07.2025)
Read aloud incoming alarm notifications on mobile
A new setting has been introduced under Profile > Mobile Behavior: “Read aloud incoming alarm notifications (Android)”.

When enabled, this feature allows Android devices to read the alarm notification text aloud using text-to-speech, in addition to playing the alarm tone, whenever an alarm is received via push notification.
Improved usability on the History page
We've updated the status labels for triggered alarms to make it easier to understand each alarm's current state.
These new labels are now clearly displayed on the History page.

The new triggered-alarm statuses are:
- Triggering in progress – The alarm has been triggered on the mobile device but hasn't started yet (e.g., due to no internet connection).
- Sent – The alarm was started successfully.
- Received – Your device received the alarm, but it hasn't been read.
- Read – The alarm was delivered to your device, but hasn't been opened.
- Acknowledged – You read the alarm message without being asked for confirmation.
- Confirmed / Time confirmed – You responded positively to the alarm.
- Neutrally answered – You responded in a neutral way.
- Rejected – You responded negatively to the alarm.
- No feedback possible – The alarm expired and no further confirmation is accepted.
- Feedback – Confirmed/Neutrally answered/Rejected
Formattable Alarm Messages
Alarm messages sent from mobile devices now support basic HTML formatting.
You can now customize the appearance of your messages using:
- Bold text
- Font size variations
- Font colors
This allows you to highlight important information directly within the alarm notification for improved clarity and emphasis.
