Alarm Flow

Designing and managing complex alarm scenarios just got easier with the introduction of a visual, node-based interface for alarm flows.

You can now visualize, design, and modify alarm sequences directly in a graphical interface — no more navigating multiple configuration pages.

Key capabilities:

  • The alarm flow helps you to understand the system of follow-up and escalation alarms by visualizing the connection among different alarms.
  • The node-based UI clearly displays each alarm as a box with its key information, and shows how alarms are connected.
  • Access the feature from the Alarm Flow menu under Alarm configuration.
  • Start by selecting the initial alarm in the flow; the system will then display all related alarms and their connections.
  • Use the three-dot menu on each node to modify connections, which updates the actual alarm configuration in real time.
  • Parallel Alarms and Events are included as part of the Flow.
  • Launch Forms can be used as starting points and are integrated into the Flow.
  • A Starter icon is displayed in the Flow to provide a clearer visual overview.
