The address registry offers you to manage all company addresses in one place. You can then assign these addresses to persons in addition to their individual address in the person configuration.   

Either you manage these addresses via csv import or via the user interface.

When creating a new address via the user interface, click on “Create new address”, and define address name, if it should be globally available or not, organizational unit, address ID, category, description, and provide the street, zip code, city, and country. Address coordinates will be auto-generated if geocoding is enabled for your account. You can also review who last modified the address and when this was.

Note that the Address ID has to be unique. This is the decisive parameter to match persons and addresses when managing data via csv or API. 

If you create a new address via csv – import, please make sure you follow this structure:  

Address name,Global,Organizational unit,Address ID,Alarm category,Description,Street,Zip Code,City,Country,Longitude,Latitude 

e.g. Berlin,false,F24,56,,,Ridlerstraße,80339,München,,,
