Media Gateway Alarm Report

corinna.hammerstingl@f24.com Updated by corinna.hammerstingl@f24.com

This functionality is only available if a Media Gateway is in use.

If an alarm has only been carried out as a local alarm on an alarm media gateway, the alarms can be found in this menu item. Please note that alarms are only transmitted to the cloud after they have been completed.

This menu item provides an overview of the alarms. The overview contains information on «Date/Time», «Alarm ID», «Alarm name», «Alarm message», «Launched by» and «Status». A multiple filter can be set for these fields.

Status displayed in the report

Complete

The alarm's been closed.

Completed_with_Escalation

The alarm was completed, but the alarm condition was not met, and an additional escalation alarm was started.

Timeout

The alarm has reached the maximum total duration and has been terminated. This can be the case with the alarm type «Conference» or with an alarm which has not fulfilled the alarm condition.

Cancelled

The alarm was terminated prematurely by an operator or a second alarm.

Error

The alarm was launched, but no alarm could take place be-cause there were no alarm receivers.

Clicking on an alarm displays the alarm details in a second box. Here you can find the details of the feedback of individual persons. A multiple filter can be applied to the fields «Name», «Medium», «Arrival time» and «Status». On the right side is a summary of all alarmed participants. By clicking on the «Show message» button, the transmitted alarm message is displayed.
