FACT24 offers AI capabilities, enabling you to respond to crises even faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

What counts as an AI request?

An AI request is counted whenever you actively use an AI-powered function within FACT24.

Typical examples include:

  • Generating a chat summary using AI
  • Asking AI to rewrite or improve alarm texts, for example to make them more professional or clearer
  • Using any other feature that triggers an AI-generated response or suggestion

Each individual interaction with an AI function counts as one AI request, regardless of the length or complexity of the output.

How many AI requests are available?

The number of available AI requests is calculated on a monthly basis and depending on the edition, a basic usage of AI requests is included.

If you require additional AI requests, you can request a small, medium or large additional quota of AI requests from your F24 contact person.

To check how many AI requests you have already used in the current month, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Set up
  2. Select Your Account
  3. Open Enterprise usage

There you can view your current AI usage and see how many requests are still available for the ongoing month.

What if I don't see the AI features in FACT24?

If you actively objected to the feature, you would not see it. If this is not the case and you still do not see the feature, please contact your contact person at F24.

How can I deactivate the FACT24 AI features?

If you wish to deactivate the AI feature for your account, please contact your F24 contact person.
