Accessing the cloud portal

The tool can be accessed via the FACT24 ENS+ Cloud user interface:

  • For FACT24 ENS+ customers via https://ensplus.fact24.com/
  • For customers of formerly Serinus via https://myens.fact24.com/#/
  • For whitelabel customers via their own URL

For the optimal presentation of the system management, the recommended browsers are «Google Chrome», «Mozilla Firefox», or «Microsoft Edge» in a current version. «Internet Explorer 11» is only approved for the pages of the news feed and self-management.

Depending on the activated license package, not all options might be available for you.

Only preconfigured users can access the portal by entering their personal username and password. If you don't have these user credentials yet, please contact your company account administrator.

In case of password loss, a new password can be requested via the link «Forgot your password?». For this purpose, a one-time email will be sent to the stored email address with a recovery link. Please note that for security reasons the recovery link is only valid for 24 hours.

Once you logged in, you will stay logged in for 12 hours (or for 30 days if “remember me” is switched on) if your session remains active (browser window doesn’t get closed, internet connection isn’t lost, etc.).

If you close the window or lose connection, you will get auto logged out after one hour of idle time.

Note that for the mobile app you will only get logged out after 60 days of inactivity.
