Improvements for all FACT24 Editions:

  1. Alarm Audience Selection for Launch Forms (Add-on)

You can now select alarm recipients dynamically based on answers to questions within the launch form module:

Improvements from FACT24 ENS+ advanced:

  1. Feedback Modification During Active Alarms

Alarm recipients can now change their feedback while the alarm is still running.

This is helpful, for example, if your specified arrival time at the location changes again due to a traffic jam or similar.

  

To do this, the “Allow initial feedback to be changed” checkbox must be set in the alarm.

This functionality is available for the following:​

  • Feedback Types: Time to Location, Quick Feedback and Survey Confirmation
  • Alarm types: Parallel, Channel-based, and Device-based alarms

In the alarm monitor, you can also display the people who have changed their feedback again separately. To do this, click on “Show only changed responses”.

  1. Multilingual Alarms

An alarm can now be created in up to 5 languages.

For example, people who have specified English as the language will then receive an English alarm message with an English subject and attachment, while Spanish people will receive the message in Spanish if they have configured this in the alarm.

To do this, click on the “Extended settings” tab in the alarm.

A default language is also stored in the alarm. If a person has not specified a language or has specified a language other than the languages specified in the alarm, the alarm message will still be sent to the person in the default language.

  1. Organizational Unit Migration

Organizational units and related entities can now be moved within the system.​

To change the organizational unit, this setting must be activated in the account by your F24 administrator. Contact Support here

When moving org.units, all configuration of previously linked org.units will be lost. Therefore, be careful when moving so that connections are not broken.
