Improvements for all FACT24 Editions:

CSV Export of detailed device log:

When exporting an alarm report you can now choose if you would like the export to include all device details as shown in the device log or not.

If enabled for your account, each notified device will be listed in a separate row with the following information:  

  • Notification sent date 
  • Device 
  • Device ID 
  • Job ID 
  • Notification ID 
  • Last update 
  • Last status

Mask device IDs: 

You can now choose data privacy settings for your account and mask devices as needed:

  • Mask device IDs of global persons in other org. units
  • Mask all device IDs in alarm reports and conference reports
  • Choose how to display device IDs in detailed log in exports: value / masked / first or last three digits 
This function is only on demand. If you would like to change this setting, and mask the device IDs, please reach out to your account administrator, and ultimately to the F24 support team to change it for the account. Device IDs would then be displayed as “****”in the web portal, csv exports, and in API requests for users of other organizational units.

Differentiation of device priority: 

You can now differentiate device priorities according to working hours / non-working hours. You determine the sequence of devices in the person configuration of an alarm. “0” is highest priority, while “15” would be lowest priority if all 16 devices were configured. You can set different priorities for your working hours if this is enabled for your account.

Delay time between rounds: 

We reduced the minimum delay time between rounds from 60 seconds to 30 seconds in the "channel based" and "personal device priority" alarm types. 

Interim alarm report extended: 

Now the interim alarm report includes the same type of information as the final alarm report.

In addition to the general summary, the report now also contains an attachement to see on person level, who might need help, for example.

Improved accessibility: 

Among other improvements regarding the accessibility, we have:

  • increased the color contrasts for popups and widgets and
  • improved the visibility of the keyboard focus.

Improvements from FACT24 ENS+ essential:

Collaborate with externals: 

In addition to persons configured in the system, you can now also invite external persons (i.e. persons unknown in the system) to a chat or phone conferences. Click on “Add external persons” and provide first and last name (mandatory as will be displayed in the chat) and at least one device, either email or SMS, or both to which the invitation will be sent. The person will then receive a message containing the link and a password to join the conversation.

Improvements from FACT24 ENS+ advanced:

New group type: Time-based groups

With a time-based groups you can now organize persons in shifts and ensure alarm notifications reach the right members at the right time.

Improvements from FACT24 CIM starter:

Open a FACT24 CIM case: 

In addition to registering an incident, an ENS+ alarm can now also open a case in FACT24 CIM – either connected to an incident (register incident and open case from the same alarm) or independent from it (just open a case and don’t register an incident).
