Conference room
An alarm-specific conference room can be activated for all preconfigured alarms. A conference room is only ever opened when an alarm is triggered. It is not possible to open a conference room independently of an alarm. This is possible with the "Classic conference" alarm type.
On the "Conference room" tab of the alarm cockpit, you can view all conference rooms for all alarms that have been triggered in the organisational units to which you have access. The overview looks like this:
All conference rooms for the triggered alarms are displayed. If a conference room is active, you can access the detailed view via the blue telephone icon and actively manage the conference. If the conference room is already closed, it can only be viewed with read access.
The detailed view provides you with an overview of all participants with information on their current status.
If you have access to the “Conference management” page (e.g. people with the “Alarm executor” role), you can also mute or unmute conference call participants.
In the Manage conference participants section, you can add or remove people from the current chat.
This would then look like this:
In addition to persons configured in the system, you can also invite external persons (i.e., persons unknown in the system) to the chat. Click on “Add other persons” and provide first and last name (mandatory as will be displayed in the chat) and at least one device, either telephone number, email or SMS, or all, to which the invitation will be transferred.
The "Close conference room" option closes the conference room. You will still be able to see the conference room, but the following message will also appear.
