Release Notes Portal Version 3.18.0 (available from Jan 22nd 2025 on)

Improvements for all FACT24 Editions:

  1. Build your own dashboards

You can now build your own dashboards on the FACT24 ENS+ start page to access alarms, launch forms, surveys or information hotlines more quickly.

To do this, go to the start page and click on the “+” next to the dashboard to add a new workspace:

Here you can now add different launch tiles like triggerable alarms, launch forms, surveys or information hotlines:

Or add different custom elements to receive reports on alarms, chat rooms, incidents or phone conferences:

The arrangement of the workspaces and custom elements can be customized as well as the type of information to be displayed.

Improvements from FACT24 ENS+ essential:

  1. Push notifcation for updates reagarding emergency plans

If the emergency plans in a person's profile are updated or new, they will now receive a push notification in the mobile app.

  1. Access rights to the Connectivity Hub (if booked)

In the 'user management', you can now select under 'Role assignment' whether the user should have read or write access to the Connectivity Hub.

  1. Further options with Launch Forms (if booked)

In addition to 'Dropdown' and a 'Free Text', there are now 3 new options in the Launch Form questions: Multi select, Date and Number

With Multi select, you can also specify which separator should be used to separate the answers.

In addition, the maximum number of questions per launch form has been increased from 8 to 20.

You can now use timebased groups completely via API.
