Improvements for all FACT24 Editions: (available from 12.08.2025)
Access to CIM Features in the ENS+ App
If you use a FACT24 package with CIM features, you no longer need two separate apps.
The ENS+ App now includes full CIM functionality, simplifying your experience.
Users with CIM permissions can switch between ENS and CIM views within the app, just like in the portal.
This switch is only visible for users (not persons) who have CIM access. Without permission, only the ENS+ interface is shown.

With this update, the separate FACT24 CIM App becomes obsolete. It will no longer be developed and will be removed from app stores at a later date.
To reflect this change, the app has been renamed to “FACT24 ENS+ and CIM” in app stores.
On mobile devices, it appears as “FACT24”, with the icon labeled “ENS+ and CIM”.

New Task Management
The ENS+ Incident Management Feature (independent from the FACT24 CIM Module) now also includes a dedicated Task Management Functionality, making it easier to manage your assigned tasks.
Tasks were previously accessible in the ENS+ App only through the "Portal access" menu, and therefore, checking your to-dos, commenting and closing them was difficult.
Now, with a dedicated Task Management in the App you can easily
- review the tasks which are assigned to you
- open them to see the details
- comment and close them
- add photos with your mobile's camera to document what you did

In the task management process, we distinguish between two types of personas:
- Users are responsible for creating tasks, assigning deadlines, and delegating them to the person who needs to carry out the task. They can modify all fields of a task.
- Persons are responsible for executing the task and documenting its completion. They have reduced permissions and cannot edit the following fields: name, description, source and deadline
Other small improvements
- You can copy the alarm message and paste it into another app.
- The order of survey answers follows the order of answers on the Portal.
- You can add images from the photo gallery to the chat.
