Survey Overview

With the Survey module, you can create engaging online surveys to collect feedback from defined individuals and target groups. A survey is sent via a link through channels like SMS and email. The module allows respondents to modify their feedback within the survey at a later time. Additionally, questions can be selectively unlocked for individual respondents.

Importing/Exporting Surveys

Users can import surveys from existing CSV files or export surveys to CSV format for external use and archiving.

Creating Surveys

New surveys can be created by selecting the “Add Survey” option.

When creating a new survey, it is necessary to input mandatory fields. These include the survey name, the organizational unit to which it will be assigned, and the duration of its validity.

In the channel type section, selecting one of these options (SMS / Email) will determine how the recipients will receive and respond to the survey questions.

A general message can be included in the message tab to provide recipients with context or additional information about the survey or the associated alarm.

Additional Tabs on Saving

Saving the initial survey settings triggers the appearance of two new tabs, enhancing further customization.

Audience:

This tab enables the user to invite respondents to participate in the survey, thereby allowing them to effectively manage the distribution of the survey based on the situation and the required feedback.

Survey Configuration:

Allows the user to define the specific questions that will be included in the survey.

It should be noted that certain parameters can be set when configuring a survey.

Response type: You can choose whether to get responses as a dropdown or free text.

Mandatory questions: Users can make some questions mandatory, so respondents must answer them to finish the survey.

Individual questions: For sensitive information, questions can be set as individual and sent to specific people, ensuring privacy and targeted feedback.
