Triggering Alarms

Present the person designated for the configured app profile. This person possesses the authorization to activate the alarms assigned to them.

View an alarm that the person is about to trigger. In this case, the alarm has been configured so that the app user can edit the alarm message before sending it. Furthermore, it is possible to attach audio recordings or photos. Also, to be seen are the groups that are alerted by this.

After the alarm has been triggered, a confirmation message appears that the alarm was transmitted to the FACT24 server and triggered there

View the historical and completed alarms that this person has received or triggered. Here you can see an outgoing alarm. If you tap on this entry, the corresponding details will appear.

If an alarm is triggered from the mobile app and the person enabled “location tracking” in the general settings, all location updates will be transmitted to the web portal with time stamp and displayed to authorized users for this particular alarm. This enables more precise localization in case of emergency.
