Improvements for all FACT24 Editions: (available from 29.01.2025)

  1. Automatic Alarm Repetition in Case of Connection Issues

If a user triggers an alarm but there is no connection to the portal, the app will now automatically retry sending the alarm at configurable intervals.

Both the interval duration and the number of retries can be adjusted via the user's profile settings.

  1. Further Options with Launch Forms (if booked)

In addition to 'Dropdown' and a 'Free Text', there are now 3 new options in the Launch Form questions: Multi select, Date and Number
