The FACT24 ENS+ login screen consists of two sections:

1. Upper Section: Standard Login

  • Regular login using a username or email address.
  • For customers using SSO, this serves as a local backup login, for example, if SSO authentication is unavailable.
  • Available to all customers.

2. Lower Section: Sign in through your organization

  • Only relevant for customers using SSO (Single Sign-On).
  • Allows users to sign in via their organization's individual URL.
Please note: This login method is currently not working.
Important: The standard login in the upper section remains available as an alternative for SSO customers, provided that a local login has been configured for the respective user.
